Major League Fishing Bass Pro Tour’s Zack Birge had seven fish from he Championship Round on Chowan River DISQUALIFIED. Zack got out of this boat to remove the plug to make his boat sit deeper in the water to go under a bridge. Tournament Director for MLF BPT deemed this an infraction of one of their rules and disqualified the fish caught after this incident. However, Zack was told that he was allowed to do this and it hurt his chances of winning the tournament and gaining points for AOY.
